A rights holder does not need to subscribe to Content Partner Pro to have content it owns recognized. If an eligible GIF is already present in the heypster catalog, requesting attribution and adding an official link to the work are free.
For example, the rights holder of a series may request that the relevant GIFs be associated with @netflix, @hbomax, @canalplus, or its own official account, depending on its rights and identity, with a link to the official page where the work can be discovered or watched.
