DMCA & Copyright.
A clear process to protect rights holders and promptly address disputed content.
1. Report an infringement
A notice may be sent to media@heypster.com. It must allow the request to be precisely identified.
- identity and contact details of the rights holder or its representative;
- physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the protected work;
- URL or exact location of the disputed content;
- information establishing the requester’s rights or authority;
- a good-faith statement that, to the requester’s knowledge, the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or the law;
- a statement attesting to the accuracy of the information and the requester’s authority to act.
2. Processing
heypster may request additional information, temporarily suspend access to the content, or remove it. The partner that published the content may be informed and asked to provide evidence of its rights.
3. Counter-notice
A partner that believes a removal resulted from an error or misidentification may submit a counter-notice to media@heypster.com identifying the content and providing the necessary supporting evidence. If a U.S. DMCA procedure is legally applicable, heypster may request the additional statements required by that procedure.
4. Repeat infringements
heypster may suspend or terminate a partner’s publishing rights in cases of repeated or serious intellectual property infringement.
5. Abusive notices
Reporting mechanisms must not be used to improperly obtain the removal of legitimate content. Each requester remains responsible for the accuracy of its statements.
6. Contact
