Content Guidelines.
A high-quality GIF library powered exclusively by authorized partners.
1. Publish only what you are authorized to publish
The partner must own or control the necessary rights, or have sufficient authorization, for each GIF and the elements it contains. Being the distributor or broadcaster of a film or series does not automatically grant the rights required to publish GIFs derived from that work.
2. Quality
Content must meet heypster’s quality standards. heypster may reject GIFs that are excessively pixelated, distorted, duplicated, poorly animated, or accompanied by misleading metadata.
3. Prohibited content
- illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- pornographic or sexually explicit content;
- particularly graphic real-world violence;
- promotion of terrorism or violent extremism;
- unlawful hateful or discriminatory content;
- fraud, impersonation, malware, or spam;
- misleading use of a badge, certification, or heypster Reference GIF.
4. Metadata and attribution
Titles, tags, works, studios, and attribution information must be accurate. A partner must not attribute to its organization a work or content belonging to a third party.
5. Verification
heypster may request documents establishing the partner’s rights or authorizations and suspend content while this verification is carried out.
